Added zinc oxide powder will not absorb into skin, adding a layer of invisible protection from the sun’s harmful UV rays. SPF has not been tested (added zinc oxide = approximately 15% of formula). Goes on white, but spreads out easily with the aid of beneficial and moisturizing oils. The oils absorb well and do not leave a lasting greasy feel.
